Nabisco Pumpkin Spice Oreo

Ah, Oreos, the classic American sandwich cookie and a beloved accidentally vegan treat! In recent years they've shook things up from the original chocolate cookie with white cream filling and have come out with an array of interesting flavors, including jumping on the pumpkin spice bandwagon. Does pumpkin spice suit oreos well? Keep on reading to find out!

Peanut Butter & Co Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter

Pumpkin. Spice. Peanut butter! What's not to love?! I've loved many of the other flavors of Peanut Butter & Co's peanut butters (they're all vegan except for the one with honey!), so I figured this one would be especially awesome! Did it live up to my expectations? Keep on reading to find out!

Now & Later Long Lasting Chews - Original

I stumbled across a blast from the past on a recent grocery shopping trip with these Now and Later candies! I wasn't even looking for them, and I don't think I've had them ever since I was a little kid. When I picked up the package just for curiosity sake, I wasn't even expecting them to be vegan, but they were! It's funny how much accidentally vegan candy you can find when you avoid the chocolate stuff.

Before jumping into the review, I want to mention that while the "long lasting chews" variety of Now & Laters are vegan, the chewy/soft ones are not as they contain egg.

Trader Joe's Dolmas

Ah dolmas, one of the many quintessential Mediterranean/Middle Eastern foods that's so easily vegan friendly! For so long I consistently walked past this canned version at Trader Joe's. With so many canned foods that are just awful, can you blame me for being wary? Well I finally got brave enough to pick up a can, were they as terrible as I anticipated? Read on to find out!

Saffron Road Bibimbop with Tofu

Korean food doesn't seem to be as easy to come by as many other Asian cuisines. Bibimbap is probably to Korean cuisine what pad thai is to Thai cuisine. It's usually a pretty safe bet to order at most Korean restaurants, just gotta have them hold the egg & meat! I love a good bibimbap, but does this frozen meal from Saffron Road do the dish any justice? Keep reading to find out!

Food Haul: Grocery Outlet

I really love shopping at Grocery Outlet now and then, I never know what kind of interesting vegan goodies I'll find! Everything I bought on this trip was less than $2 except for the coco-roons, which were $4, kinda pricey but I'm really curious to try them. They had lots of other flavors of the coco-roons, but I only picked up the one since I have no idea what they're like.

The Yves dogs were super cheap, probably because they were only a few days from expiration, but they'll hold out fine in my freezer! The Chao cheeze was super cheap too, and I was super happy they had the tomato cayenne flavor since that's the one I haven't had yet! Check out my review on the coconut herb flavor here.

I also got a bar of soap; finding cheap, vegan soap can be a pain, but Grocery Outlet usually has a decent selection. Only $1 for that giant bar!

My other random finds: spicy corn nuts, glazed pecan bites (I'm not sure if I want to save them for a recipe or just snack on them straight!), snickerdoodle bunny cookies, bbq veggie chips, stuffing (for the upcoming holiday, of course!) and the hemp waffles (I've had these before but it's been some years).

As always, I'm intending on reviewing as many of these goodies as possible, so keep an eye out, or request something so that I don't forget!

Dandies Pumpkin Flavored Marshmallows

Pumpkin marshmallows! Sounds awesome, right? I love the regular Dandies marshmallows, and I've had Sweet & Sara's pumpkin spice marshmallows which are AWESOME, so I was excited when I first heard of these and I couldn't wait to try them! Read on to get my take on them!

Sweet Earth Benevolent Bacon

It's my own personal opinion that bacon is likely the most overrated meat out there. It's been at least 20 years since I've last eaten pig bacon, and I have never missed it. I don't think I'm alone here either, if bacon is truly so super amazing, why is veg bacon so hard to come by compared to other plant-based meat substitutes? For the longest time, the only vegan bacon readily available in stores was Light Life's Smart Bacon, which is ok at best. Now we have a new kid on the block, Benevolent Bacon from Sweet Earth Natural Foods! Is it any better than what Light Life offers? Read on to find out!

Food Should Taste Good Harvest Pumpkin Tortilla Chips

Clif Kid ZBar - "Goblin" Chocolate Chip

Sometimes companies come out with awesome seasonal goodies that you can't get the rest of the year, other times they just slap seasonal packaging on something they make all the time. Unfortunately, this seemingly seasonal goodie falls under the later category. Is it actually any good though? Keep reading to find out!

Barbara's Puffins - Limited Edition Pumpkin

I've been eating Puffins cereal for nearly as long as I've been vegan, I love the stuff! This year I've discovered that they've also jumped on the pumpkin spice bandwagon, and I do love pumpkin spice flavored goodies! So how does pumpkin spice fare in this cold cereal favorite? Read on to find out!
